OUR STORY
Life Sports Club believes that sports clubs extend beyond sports and social realms. They are an instrumental contributor to the development of the lives of its community. It is at clubs that true communities develop, and that people nurture in a habitat that is designed to be a heaven to bring out the best in its people. Clubs stand for centuries over as the place its members genuinely call home and come together as a larger family.
At Life Sports Club, we understand that and more; therefore, we have set out to transform every family, athlete, and coach by growing champions in life. We take this promise seriously and literally as we designed every aspect of this club from sports facilities to leisure activities and programs to stimulate the minds, hearts, and souls of every member of every age and develop athletes that understand the values of passion, commitment, teamwork, unity and more. With WellSpring, as one of the founding partners of the club, we hold true to its commitment to empower new generations and we build on its foundation of being a pioneer in breeding a generation of exceptional youth.

Guided by these core values, staff and members are encouraged through programs and coaching to demonstrate this wholeness of character, teamwork, developing power and purpose, and inspiring pleasure and delight from each athlete. Each of the club’s staff has been hand selected upon a set of stringent criteria, while our international coaches work alongside young local coaches to instill the club strategy and coaching philosophy.
BOARD MEMBERS
MAGED FAWZY
Maged Fawzy, received a degree in Business and Administration from Alexandria University. He kicked off his career in 1996, as head of his local church’s sports and community outreach program and began collaborating with Egypt’s Ministry of Sports on its behalf. The Ministry sent him to Montana, USA to receive formal leadership training through the International Sports Leadership School and then to South Africa for a three month leadership program in Cape Town. During his time abroad, Maged was struck by the stark differences in the camping experience. He returned to Egypt with a brand new perspective on leadership development and rejoined his church as the Director of Sports. Itching to start something of his own, he launched a consulting and team-building firm called Aspire, in 2006. Feeling unfulfilled at Aspire and driven to make a larger impact with his learnings from abroad, Maged launched WellSpring in 2009.
WASEEM ARSANY
With over 24 years of business and financial experience, Waseem Arsany will be overlooking all commercial activities of Life Sports Club. Mr. Arsany has served as a CEO, Vice President and held several senior positions in several multi-national companies including GE, Giesecke & Devrient, LINKdotNET, and Orange. Within this capacity, he has led and been responsible for business planning, development strategy, and managing complex business setups. His long career and rich experience have deepened his capabilities and skills towards helming transformational projects.

WellSpring Egypt was founded in 2009 with the vision to bring experiential learning to life and is a dedicated organization towards teaching, modeling, and equipping youth, young professionals, families, and teachers in the Egyptian community with genuine moral values through camps, leadership and family development programs. WellSpring works with schools, universities, non-governmental organizations, corporations and governmental institutions. By joining well-established international partners, WellSpring offers state of the art leadership and character development curricula tailored to fit the Egyptian culture. Over the past years, Wellspring Egypt managed to reach over 250,000 individuals, worked with over 50 schools and conducted over 1,000 national and intemational events.
